ANALISIS STRATEGI HARGA DAN KEUNTUNGAN USAHA RUMAH TANGGA MIE PANGSIT KHAS KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR DI KECAMATAN SIANTAR BARAT.
This study aims to identify and analyze the price strategy used by dumpling noodle business owners in West Siantar District in determining the selling price of dumpling noodles and also analyze the effect of pricing strategies on the level of profit they get. The source of data that was used in this research is a primary and secondary data obtained by direct interviews with dumpling noodle business owners. This research analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. The samples used were 30 dumpling noodle business actors in West Siantar District. The results of this study indicate that the price strategy that is generally used by dumpling noodle business owners is to add the desired amount of profit that the business owner wants to get above all types of costs incurred in the production process. The pricing method used by business actors is the markup method. The average markup of the 30 samples was 68.44 percent of their production costs. In addition, the results of the regression analysis between the price strategy and the profit obtained show that the price strategy (X) affects the profit variable (Y) positively, which means that if the price of dumpling noodles increases, the level of profit obtained will also increase.
