ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI DAYA SAING EKSPOR BATUBARA INDONESIA DI PASAR INTERNASIONAL.
This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian coal commodity exports compared to the coal of Australia, Russia, United States, and South Africa in the international market and analyze the influence of production, Indonesian coal prices, exchange rates, and DMO (Domestic Market Obligation) on the competitiveness of Indonesian coal exports. The method of data collection conducted in this study used secondary data provided by BPS, the Ministry of energy and Mineral Resources, Trade map (ITC) and UN Comtrade. The methods used in this study are: Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that the competitiveness of Indonesian coal exports has a weaker competitiveness than Australian coal and has a stronger competitiveness than Russian coal, the United States and South Africa in the international market. Simultaneously, independent variables, namely production, price, exchange rate, and DMO have a significant effect simultaneously on the competitiveness of Indonesian coal exports. Partially production (X1) and DMO (X4) significantly affect the competitiveness of Indonesian coal exports (1). while Indonesian coal prices (X2) and exchange rates (X3) do not significantly affect the competitiveness of Indonesian coal exports (Y). Dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the independent variable (X) of 84.26% and the remaining 13.74% can be explained by variables outside the model Keyword :Competitiveness, Coal, Export, RCA
