This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Lion Mentari Airlines Palembang, where this population is also used as a sample in the study of 40 respondents studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The scale of measurement uses a likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that training had a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
