APLIKASI FUNGSI UTILITAS EKSPONENSIAL PADA DESAIN MODEL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PADA JARINGAN SELFISH USER DSL LTE MULTIPLE QUALITY OF SERVICE
This study aims t0 f0rmulate the C-RAN m0del with a selfish user network by adding an exponential utility function with 3 financing schemes and analyzing the resu1ts to obtain the optimal solution. The data used in this study was taken from one of the local servers in Palembang City (Sriwijaya Polytechnic) which consists of 2 data, namely incoming data (inbound) and outbound data. Then divided into 2 sessions, consisting of busy hours and off-peak hours. This research was classified by Nonlinear Programming (NLP) by determining the initial consumption and amount of bandwidth which is divided into 4 cases with 3 financing schemes namely flat-fee, usaged-based, and two-part-tariff using LINGO 13.0 software. Based on this research, the optimum solution is obtained in the improved C-RAN Selfish User model using the Exponential utility function, namely in case 2 with a usage-based financing scheme of 5,2497×10^17 bits.
