This study aims to determine the effect of Determinants of Prospective Indonesian Workers Working Abroad. The data used in this study is Quantitative data whose type is cross section data from 2019 to 2021. The data source used in this study is primary data, while the data used in this study are the results of observations, questionnaires and interviews. The method used in this research is the Logistic Method. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of education, age, gender, destination country have a negative influence on prospective migrant workers working abroad. While the variable wage expectations have a positive effect on prospective Indonesian workers who work abroad.
