This research explains the influence of Off-balance sheet on bank risk in Asia. The sample for this research consists of banks in Asia, the countries included include China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam with a total of 342 banks. The independent variable is Off-balance sheet (OBS) and this research uses control variables, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Size, Debt to Total Assets (DTA), Loan Growth (LG), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and Inflation. The results of this study show that OBS has an effect on Sd.ROA, but has no effect on Sd.ROE and Sd.NIM. CAR, size and inflation have no effect on Sd.ROA and Sd.ROE but have an effect on SD.NIM. DTA has no effect on Sd.ROA, but does affect Sd.ROE and Sd.NIM. LG has no effect on Sd.ROA, Sd.ROE, and Sd.NIM.
