PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) CABANG PALEMBANG.
This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance in the HR department of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Palembang Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling method uses a saturated sample (census), where the entire population will be selected as the research sample. The total population of employees in the HR department of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Palembang Branch is 42 people. t test obtained t value > t table; or the α value is < 0.05, it can be concluded that training has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is accepted
