Research on the effect of giving pellets with the addition of maggot flour, earthworm flour, and shrimp head flour as much as 20% on the growth rate and survival of White Snapper (L. calcarifer) fry has been carried out at the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center (BBPBL). The experimental design used was a completely randomized design and used 2 tubs of fiber measuring 2 m x 1 m x 0.6 m and used 12 jars with a volume of 25 L with a stocking density of 10 individuals with an initial weight of 5 - 7 grams and an initial length of 7 - 8 cm. , and 4 treatments with 3 repetitions, namely pellets without the addition of flour (control), pellets + maggot flour, pellets + earthworm flour, and pellets + shrimp head flour. The results showed that the highest absolute growth was in the pellet treatment added with earthworm flour which was worth 27.66 grams and 52.70 mm, the daily growth rate was 4.56%, the feed conversion ratio got the best results among other feeds, namely of 1.46 grams and the survival rate of barramundi seeds reared for 28 days with a value of 100% this shows that the growth rate of barramundi seeds is growing well.
