This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, overconfidence and risk tolerance on investment decision making. The type of data used in primary data research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are people in South Sumatra who invest 1. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and 96 respondents were obtained. The results of the research conducted show that financial literacy and overconfidence have no effect on investment decision making, while risk tolerance has a positive effect on investment decision making.
