This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. This study uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 73 people with a sample of 65 respondents, using a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. This research is expected to be useful for PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang in improving the Work Discipline of its employees at work so that a high level of discipline will encourage Employee Performance to be more optimal in contributing to the company.
