This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of Palembang PGRI University employees. The population in this study were all administrative employees at PGRI Palembang University. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique amounted to 79 people as respondents. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that organizational culture and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PGRI Palembang University employees.
