The objective of this research was to determine the effect of various time weeding and dosing of different organic fertilizers on the growing and production of sweet com. This research was conducted on Agronomic Department Experiment, Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Inderalaya from April 2014 to June 2014, used Factorial Randomized Block Design that consisted of two factors with twelve treatments and three replications. The first factors is the dose of fertilizer organic which consists of three levels is 6,12, and 18 tons per hectare, and the second factor is time weeding consists of four levels is 10,20,30 days after planting (DAP), and free of weeds. The result showed that the organic fertilizer at dose of 18 ton ha'1 gave the best effect on the plant height, chlorophyll content, cob diameter, stem diameter, and weight of cobs per plot.
