COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM MENEKAN RISIKO STUNTING DI KOTA PALEMBANG (Studi kasus pada Kecamatan Ilir Timur II)
This research aims to investigate collaborative governance in mitigating the risk of stunting in Palembang City (A case study in the District of Ilir Timur II). The increasing prevalence of stunting in the District of Ilir Timur II has led the government to collaborate in addressing this issue. The research adopts a descriptive-qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The study employs Ansell and Gash's (2008) theory of collaborative governance, incorporating four variables: initial conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaborative processes. The findings reveal that collaborative governance in reducing the risk of stunting in the District of Ilir Timur II still encounters challenges due to suboptimal leadership roles. Nevertheless, this collaboration has demonstrated positive impacts in lowering stunting rates in the District of Ilir Timur II. Based on the data analysis, the researchers recommend enhancing the dissemination of information and awareness about the negative consequences of stunting to the broader community, utilizing modern technologies such as social media. Keywords : Collaborative Governance, Risk reduction, and Stunting.
