PENGARUH PROGRAM RABU BERLIAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS SABOKINGKING
The background of this research is that health problems are an issue faced by society today, especially in the working area of the Sabokingking Health Center. Based on these problems, it is a driving force for work motivation for employees of the Sabokingking Health Center to carry out health education activities that can increase knowledge and awareness of the community regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Rabu Berlian Program on the Work Motivation of State Civil Servants in Health Services at the Sabokingking Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method that aims to draw conclusions about the hypotheses proposed in this study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and studying the literature. Respondents in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus as many as 29 people who were sampled. Data analysis in this study uses software STATA 17. The results showed that the Rabu Berlian program simultaneously had a significant positive effect on work motivation. This can be seen from the calculation and discussion results which show that the Rabu Berlian program simultaneously has a significant positive effect of 75.66% on employee motivation.
