Penelitian ini berjudul “Collaborative Governance Dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas Kopi Di Kabupaten Lahat”. Collaborative Governance merupakan upaya untuk menyatukan visi dan misi guna mencapai tujuan bersama. Upaya ini dilakukan dalam rangka mewujudkan misi Kabupaten Lahat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian rakyat serta mencapai kedaulatan sumber daya alam yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktek collaborative governance dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian kopi di Kabupaten Lahat dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam proses kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, menggabungkan data primer dan data sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Model collaborative governance yang diacu adalah yang dikemukakan oleh Ansell dan Gash (2007). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktek collaborative governance dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kopi di Kabupaten Lahat berjalan dengan cukup baik. Berdasarkan temuan ini, ada beberapa saran, seperti perlunya regulasi yang mengatur peran tim penggerak, percepatan penyusunan dasar yang akan meningkatkan kompetensi anggota melalui lebih banyak kegiatan studi banding dengan kota lain, dan pertimbangan untuk melibatkan sub-sektor lain jika terdapat kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kopi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana collaborative governance dapat berhasil diterapkan dalam konteks mencapai visi pembangunan ekonomi daerah dan peningkatan produktivitas kopi. This research is titled "Collaborative Governance in Enhancing Coffee Productivity in Lahat Regency." Collaborative Governance is an effort to align visions and missions to achieve common objectives. This endeavor is undertaken to realize Lahat Regency's mission to improve the livelihoods of its citizens and achieve sovereignty over available natural resources. This study aims to analyze the practice of collaborative Governance in improving coffee farming productivity in the Lahat Regency and to identify the supporting and hindering factors in the collaboration process. This research employs a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods, incorporating primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Ansell and Gash (2007) proposed the collaborative governance model referred to. The research findings indicate that collaborative Governance in efforts to enhance coffee farming productivity in Lahat Regency is relatively successful. Based on these findings, several recommendations have been proposed, such as the need for regulations outlining the role of the steering committee, expediting the development of foundational documents to enhance the competence of members through more benchmarking activities with other cities, and considering the involvement of other sub-sectors if activities related to coffee are present. This study provides valuable insights into how collaborative Governance can be effectively applied in the context of achieving the vision for regional economic development and increasing coffee productivity.
