The Diffusion Process of Care Protect Application Innovations Among Srijaya State High School Students inlembang, which aims to see new ideas created by the Office of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, to improve public services for needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to find out how the adoption of the use of the PeduliLindungi application among students, and what the reasons for these students were to use or not to use the PeduliLindungi application. The theory of innovation diffusion is used to explain how the process of spreading communication of innovation from time to time among members in a social system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to describe an object by means of in-depth data collection. The data collection technique that I used in this study was in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of research among students show: (1) there is acceptance and rejection when implementing the application in the school environment. In this study using interpersonal and group communication channels. socialization and practice directly selected innovators to spread these innovations. (2) this innovation was difficult for some students to accept because of limited storage space on their cell phones. The limited storage space is one of the reasons some students are reluctant to download the application. Researchers use the knowledge stage. the persuasion stage, the decision-making stage, and the documentation stage. Keywords: Diffusion of Innovations.
