This study aims to determine the influence of position promotion and mutation on the work spirit of employees in the Public Housing and settlement and land area department of Bengkulu City. Sample in this study used a saturation sampling method for all employee in the Public Housing and and settlement and land area department of Bengkulu City, totaling 41 respondents. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The result show that promotion office has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit, mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit, and promotion office and mutation together have a positive and significant effect on employee spirit.
