PENGARUH IKLIM KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Koperasi Unit Desa Jaya Makmur Wilayah Mesuji Raya Sumatera Selatan)
This research is entitled "The Effect of Organizational Communication Climate on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (Study of Jaya Makmur Village Unit Cooperative in the Greater Mesuji Region of South Sumatra)" in this study is a quantitative study by distributing research questionnaires to Jaya Makmur cooperative employee respondents. The research method is saturated sampling or the entire population is taken all, so that the entire total sample is 46 respondents. And this study uses a framework that is two independent variables and one independent. The data analysis technique uses Descriptive Analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis which is obtained using the help of the SPSS 27.0 program. The results of this study were obtained from the prerequisite test and the classical assumption test concluded that it was good and could be researched and that the organizational communication climate on job satisfaction and performance had an influence, with the hypotheses Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 accepted and all Ho1, Ho2 and Ho3 rejected both the organizational communication climate on job satisfaction and the organizational communication climate on the performance of cooperative employees, the results obtained were that the organizational communication climate had a greater influence on job satisfaction than the performance of cooperative employees.
