PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
This research aims to prove empirically the effect of liquidity with the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, as well as solvency with DAR and DER on profitability calculated by ROA. The sample using the saturated sampling technique was 26 companies with the research period 2017-2022. The data used was panel data of food and beverage companies registered on the IDX with 156 observations. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression. The research results found that partially the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, DAR and DER had a significant effect on ROA. These results indicate that the company's ability to pay short- and long-term debts is followed by an increase in profitability and the company's ability to provide investment capital followed by an increase in corporate profitability.
