PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN FITUR UMKM GOFOODIELAND PADA APLIKASI GOJEK TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM SEKTOR KULINER PASCAPANDEMI COVID-19 DI KOTA BANDUNG
The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics, influencing factors between the utilization of the SMEs GoFoodieland feature on the gojek application on the empowerment of SMEs in the culinary sector post-Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and associative quantitative research with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using a guttman scale and Likert scale. The sample in this research amounted to 125 respondents using the census sampling technique. The research location is located in Bandung City. The results showed that SMEs in the post-Covid-19 culinary sector who utilize SMEs GoFoodieland features have characteristics of early adulthood, small businesses, with the most business products being modern food and coffee shops. The factors that most influence feature utilization are social support factors, facilitating conditions and individual feelings (affection) and the utilization of the features of SMEs GoFoodieland also has a positive and significant influence with a correlation value of 0.874 and a coefficient of determination of 76.4% on the empowerment of SMEs in the post-Covid-19 culinary sector in Bandung City.
