This study examines "the management of community-based Betung Berseri water tourism in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency". The purpose of this study was to find out how deep the community's involvement in the management of Betung Berseri tourism and to find out the driving and inhibiting factors of the community being involved in managing Betung Berseri tourism. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, while the number of informants in the study was 7 people selected purposively. Data collection techniques are carried out utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses Community Base Tourism (CBT) theory from Suansri (2013). The results of this study found that 1) The community of Sumber Rahayu Village, seen from 5 aspects, economic, social. cultural, environmental, and political, has been involved in the management of Air Betung Berseri tourism but there are still deficiencies in social and cultural aspects. 2) There are driving factors, namely appeals from the government and the desire to improve the quality of life. 3) There are inhibiting factors, namely the lack of knowledge in tourism management and no capital Kata Kunci: Public, Tourist, Community Based Tourism
