Patients with hypertension often have symptoms of pain in the head to neck area. Headache in elderly people with hypertension is caused by an increase in high blood pressure, where this can occur due to a blockage in the circulatory system both from the heart, and by a series of arteries and veins that carry blood. One of the efforts that can be made to treat headaches in elderly people with hypertension is by providing interventions with warm compresses on the neck and head massage. This study aims to determine the Difference between Warm Compress Therapy on the Neck and Head Massage on Headache Intensity in Elderly People with Hypertension. This type of research is quantitative research pre-experimental planone group pre-post test design. The population in this study amounted to 709 people. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people who were taken by meansnon probability sampling with technique purposive sampling with 19 respondents in the head massage group on the neck and 19 respondents in the head massage group. Statistical analysis in this study used a testmarginal homogeneity, in the warm compress group on the neck value is obtainedp value < 0,000 (p < 0,05) which means that there is a significant difference between before and after being given a warm compress intervention on the neck on the intensity of headache in elderly people with hypertension while in the head massage intervention group it was found
