This study discusses how public service motivation and perceived organizational support affect employee performance. The tendency of public service motivation and perceptions of organizational support are thought to be able to encourage increased employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of public service motivation and perceptions of organizational support on ASN performance at the Opi Health Center, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. This research is a quantitative study with a sampling technique using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 41 people who are ASN employees at the OPI Health Center, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS version 3 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. Based on the results of this study it was found that public service motivation had a significant and positive effect on ASN performance and perceived organizational support had a significant and positive effect on ASN performance. This means that any increase that occurs in public service motivation and perceptions of organizational support, it will have an impact on higher employee performance. Public service motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that better employee performance can be improved by the role of public service motivation. Then, the perception of organizational support also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that better employee performance can be improved by the role of perceived organizational support.
