COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PROGRAM INTERNET DESA DI KOTA PALEMBANG
There is still a vast number of blankspot or non-internet access areas in South Sumatra, the provincial government of southern Sumatra in this case is able to enjoy internet access equally by promoting village internet programs. This free internet program was given to 17 counties/cities in Sumsel as well as to the city of Palembang. Not only is the Internet free of charge in this program but it also provides a website or app for UMKM to promote its business, and it can also be used for personal purposes such as obtaining permits. Dikominfo Sumsel as a responsible and Diskominfo Palembang collaborates to run this program. The study aims to describe an collaborative governance in the village internet program in the city of Palembang that uses the Ansell and Gash theory (2007). The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data gleaned from this study comes from interviews, observations, and documentation and are processed through NVIVO software. The results show the government's collaboration with the public in the village's Internet programs is working well, but each variable still provides several unmet indicators such as the lack of a clear organizational structure and not all parties are directly involved
