PENGARUH PAPARAN ASAM FORMAT (CH2O2) TERHADAP PELUAHAN AWAL PEMOHONAN LISTRIK PADA ISOLASI EPOXY RESIN.
This study discusses the electrical treeing phenomenon that occurs in epoxy resin insulation material by formic acid (CH2O2) with variations conditioning time ranging 12; 24; and 48 hours. Epoxy resin without conditioning as a control using a leaf-like sample electrode system. The tests carried out are measurements of treeing inception voltage, treeing shape, treeing length, and accumulation damage. After tree initiated, the voltage will be increased to 0,2; 0,4; and 0,6 kV to observe its influence to electrical treeing growth. The highest value of inception voltage is found in the epoxy resin without conditioning that which is 5,05 kV and the lowest value of inception voltage is found in the epoxy resin with conditioning for 48 hours that is 3,60 kV. The highest value of tree length is found in epoxy resin conditioning for 48 hours with +0,2 kV; +0,4kV; and +0,6 kV addition voltage consecutively equal to 327,765 μm, 437,478 μm, and 585,48 μm. While the lowest value of tree length is found in epoxy resin without conditioning with +0,2 kV; +0,4kV; and +0,6 kV addition voltage consecutively equal to 279,96 μm, 299,57 μm, saat 341,77 μm. The lowest value of accumulated damage for +0,2 kV addition voltage is found in epoxy resin without conditioning that equals to 1,9082 x 103 pixels, while the highest value of accumulated damage value was for +0,6 kV addition voltage are found in epoxy resin for 48 hours that equals to 15,4422 x 103 pixels
