EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN ISO 9001:2015 DI PENGADILAN AGAMA KELAS IA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 in the Class IA Palembang Religious Court. The problem is motivated by public complaints about the quality of services that are considered still unsatisfactory when the Palembang Class IA Religious Court has received ISO 9001: 2015 certification. This research uses the Theory of Summative Evaluation proposed by Michael Scriven, which aims to measure the achievement of the programme after the programme ends. To achieve the use of ISO 9001:2015 requires evaluation analysis by measuring the achievement of the program seen from the implementation based on the concept of actuating according to G.R. Terry by analyzing six aspects, includieg; leadership, attitudes and morale, relationship, stimulation, supervision, and discipline. The research method used is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate the factors necessary for the successful implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 based on several aspects proposed by Terry, and the ISO 9001: 2015 programme can be continued with improvements. The suggestion in this study are that the Class IA Palembang Religious Court is expected to maintain the implementation aspects that have been carried out and can continue to improve the quality of services provided to the community.
