AKSESIBILITAS PELAYANAN PAJAK LIMA TAHUNAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR RODA DUA DI KANTOR SAMSAT UPTB PALEMBANG WILAYAH II
This study aims to find out how accessible services are at the SAMSAT UPTB Palembang Region II Office and to find out the factors that affect service accessibility at the SAMSAT UPTB Palembang Region II Office. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of service accessibility according to Penchansky and Thomas, which is divided into affordability, acceptability, availability and adequacy. The results of this study are the accessibility of two-wheeled motorized vehicle tax services at the Palembang Region II SAMSAT Office is still not optimal because the Palembang Region II SAMSAT has several obstacles in carrying out five-year tax services for two-wheeled motorized vehicles at the Palembang Region II SAMSAT office such as administrative processing delays in paying the five-year tax, there is still a lack of employees or officers which causes delays in the registration process, for the officers there is still a lack of speed in administration, especially the management of the five-year tax payment for two-wheeled vehicles where many pay taxes every day, the facility factor at the SAMSAT office is still lacking adequate examples such as waiting room chairs, sound systems and queue numbers to provide information about the five-year tax payment.
