ANALISIS STRATEGI PENINGKATAN RETRIBUSI PASAR TRADISIONAL MODERN KOTA PRABUMULIH PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 TAHUN 2020
Based on Government Regulation no. 66 of 2001 concerning Regional Retribution, one of the regional levies is market levies. This market levy is included in the general service levy which provides a potential contribution to the improvement of development and community welfare. In addition, the state of the world and especially Indonesia is currently unstable from the health and financial aspects due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, the Regional Government must really use the results of this Market Retribution as well as possible. One of the efforts made by the local government in managing this market levy is to provide services to the community according to what they have paid to the government. The existence of this service is felt to be quite important as an aspect that must be carried out in the democratic order in the region itself. This study aims to find out how the Strategy for Management of Modern Traditional Markets in Prabumulih City during the Covid-19 Pandemic took place. This type of research is descriptive qualitative that examines data from interviews and direct observations which of course is supported by primary and secondary data from several related agencies in Prabumulih City. The analysis in this study looks at how the management strategy refers to Soemitro's theory from the extensification and intensification aspects carried out by several agencies related to the modern traditional market retribution in Prabumulih City. After this research has been carried out, it can be seen later on how the strategy for managing the retribution for the Modern Traditional market in Prabumulih City will be during the Covid-19 pandemic.
