This research is entitled Implementation of Online Lecture Pobcy with E-learning at Sriwijaya University. The background of this research is due to the condition of the Covid- 19 pandemic which has affected the education sector. Leaming cannot be done face-to-face and must be replaced online. In implementing online lectures at Sriwijaya University (Umri) using various platforms, one of which is Unsri e-learning In the implementation of the Distance Leaming Policy, it was found that there were obstacles that affected the process of Implementing Online Lectures at Sriwijaya University. The purpose of this. study is to find out how the implementation of online lecture policies at Sriwijaya University and the factors that influence the Implementation of Online Lecture Policies wah E-learning at Sriwijaya University This study uses the implementation theory of Richard Mathand. The theory consists of four aspects of accuracy, namely, policy accuracy. implementation accuracy target accuracy, and environmental accuracy. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation Based on the research resuks, this pokey shows that the implementation of online lectures at Sriwijaya University is going quite well However, in its implementation obstacles were found so that online learning at Unsri was considered incllective because students had difficulty understanding the concept of online learning, bck of skills of students and lecturers in using online learning appleations resulting in boredom in learning and internet access was uneven Apart from that superviskin of students is weak the signal in remote areas is not good, and the cost of Acret quot & quee expensive. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends increasing lecture support so that adaptation can run optimally. In addition, hoped that there will be workshops related to ICT-based innovative learning training for lecturers
