The application (E-Simfoni) is an information system developed by the government as an effort to collect data on cases of violence in the community. In this study, the focus of the application of the E-Simfoni is more emphasized on services and the availability of information on the number of cases of violence in the South Sumatra DPPPA E-Simfoni Application. The availability of information on cases of violence on the South Sumatra DPPPA E-Simfoni Application has been running as it should. This thesis aims to find out how to evaluate the application of the Online Information System for the Protection of Women and Children (E-Simfoni) in Reporting Cases of Violence against Women in South Sumatra DPPPA. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation and observation. This study uses an electronic service model by paying attention to 5 (five) dimensions of service quality characteristics (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy) according to Parasuraman et.al to determine the application of an online information system for the protection of women and children (E-Simfoni). reporting the case of violence against women in South Sumatra DPPPA. The results of this study according to the electronic service model and 5 (five) dimensions of service quality characteristics in the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Online Information System for the Protection of Women and Children (E-Simfoni) for Reporting Cases of Violence against Women DPPPA South Sumatra is currently effective.
