Floods are a common problem that frequently occure by the cause of climate change and land-use change. Low Impact Development is one of the alternative in order to decrease the flood risk in urban area with modified the construction or a constructed area that give low impact on hydrological condition in that area. This research are located in Buah Subcatchment, in Palembang City. Buah Subcatchment is an area that have a high flood risk by the impact of lowland reclamation and green area reduction. The purpose of LID implementation is to decrease the total runoff so the flood risk within the area can be decrease. This research use secondary data such as rainfall data from Kenten Station, BMKG of Palembang City, DEM map, land-use map, and drainage network map from KLHK, public works services, and BAPPEDA of Palembang City. This research using hydrological analysis such as rainfall intensity analysis, peak runoff using EPA SWMM 5.2 software, and spatial analysis for each map using ArcGIS 10.8. LID type that are use in this research are rain barrels, bio-retention cells, and the combination in between that are developed in housing area within Buah subcatchment. Total runoff before LID implementation is 2969,97 mm. After using rain barrels, total runoff are decrease by 19,98% or 741,34 mm. After using bio-retention cells, total runoff are decrease by 13,50% or equal to 501,1 mm. The combination of rain barrels and bio-retention cells can decrease the total runoff by 16,75% or 621,45 mm.
