The focus of this research discusses labor brokers who have the ability to assist the process of entering labor into a company, where in a situation of difficulty getting a job makes most prospective workers try various ways from proper procedures to using intermediary services or in this series of writings referred to as brokers. The purpose of this research is to find out what capital the brokers have so that they can help prospective workers enter a company. This research was conducted in the ring one area of PetroChina, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. The research design uses a qualitative method that is descriptive analysis and uses Bourdieu's concept to understand the capital owned by labor brokers. Then the data obtained is analyzed by the method of data condensation, data display to draw a conclusion that shows the existence of four capitals, namely social capital, showing that labor brokers have good relations with the company and outsourching agents, and the community. Cultural capital, brokers have the position and ability to negotiate with the company, and even put pressure on the company by provoking the community to carry out demonstrations to the company. Economic capital, brokers have economic capital and assets in the form of rented accommodation, several units of car vehicles, oil palm plantation businesses and hold Cv or Pt. Symbolic capital, brokers have positions, economies, and many relationships so that they have a big influence and as if there is no other way for workers in the process of entering the PetroChina company other than through brokers, increasing public trust and recognition that brokers are needed by prospective workers.
