This study aims to determine the strategy of the Eastern OKU Student Leadership Training Alumni Association (IKA LKS) in developing student leadership attitudes in East OKU District. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Informants in this study amounted to eight people. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation. Test the validity of the data used include the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the Strategy of IKA LKS OKU Timur in developing student leadership attitudes in East OKU Regency is by setting goals and objectives to be achieved, namely developing leadership attitudes for students who are members and carrying out routine 2-week training once, participating in interacting and involving outsiders in the environment around IKA LKS OKU Timur, holding activities for 1 year for its members which include general leadership development exercises and personality development exercises, as well as establishing a good communication within the IKA LKS OKU Timur organization
