Social action is an effort that is carried out jointly in order to achieve goals and interests. Various social actions are carried out by an organization in helping the community in various fields, one of which is in the areas of poverty and health. The Palembang Caring Nurse Community is one of the communities established to help the community in the fields of education, health to the environment in the city of Palembang. Social action has been carried out by the Palembang Caring Nurse Community in providing what is needed by the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through social action theory which focuses on three areas, namely education, environment and health. The object of research on this sisal action is the people who are in the area of Jalan Colonel Atmo 17 Ilir, Palembang City.
