This study discusses the level of satisfaction of independent Class III BPJS Health participants with services at the Lematang Sehat Lahat Clinic. The purpose of this study was to understand the level of satisfaction of independent Class III BPJS Health participants with services at the Lematang Sehat Lahat Clinic on average more than satisfied or dissatisfied. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using questionnaire data collection techniques or questionnaires with a total of 85 respondents and data processing using SPSS 22 tools. The research was analyzed using the theory of satisfaction levels from Parasuraman et al. The results of the study found that the level of satisfaction of participants in class III independent BPJS in each dimension of reliability (70.35%), responsiveness (71.64%), assurance (73.29%), tangibility (69.52%) and empathy (73.82%). The conclusion in this study is that the level of satisfaction of independent Class III BPJS Health participants is 71.72%, which means they are satisfied.
