Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is a form of company contribution program to society as a form of corporate social responsibility to society. This is because the establishment of a company in an area is considered to have a small or large impact on the surrounding community. In this case, CSR is a company's commitment in the business world to contribute by emphasizing a balance between attention to social, economic and environmental aspects. This research aims to describe the socio-economic conditions of the Kemaro Island community after the PT. Pusri CSR program. The method used in this research is qualitative by carrying out analysis based on interpretation of primary and secondary data.The result of this research shows that socially, after the implementation of PT.Pusri's CSR, the education level of the community on Pulau Kemaro has significantly improved. However, in terms of healthcare services provided by PT.Pusri's CSR, it is still not running smoothly, as many healthcare facilities remain incomplete. On the economic aspect, PT.Pusri CSR has created new opportunities for training programs on vegetable cultivation and crafting from water hyacinth waste, thereby increasing the income of the Pulau Kemaro community.
