PT Bukit Asam, Tbk has various types of coal with different qualities. As a result of this, the company has made coal blending effort so that the coal sold is in accordance with the specifications or contracts that have been approved. PT Bukit Asam Tbk. The Tarahan Port Unit has received a coal export request for MV. Xie Hai Yong Xin from China with the market brand type BA50 and a total tonnage of ± 41,800 MT. These results were obtained from blending coal mine brand MT47 and BB53. This study intends to analyze the calculation of coal blending and the magnitude of the influence of the parameters of water content, ash content and sulfur on the calorific value of coal. The most appropriate mathematical model for the influence of TM, A and S on GCV was determined by trial and error using the linear regression method where the equation is : GCV = 8.072,82 - 70,29 x (A + S + 1,4TM) From the calculation results, the maximum value limits for TM, A, S and the acquisition of GCV values are 27.50%-ar TM, 4.60%-ar A, 0.50%-ar S which will produce a GCV market brand BA50 of 5,008 kcal /kg-ar. The magnitude of the decrease in GCV for a 1%-ar increase in TM, A, and S was 100 kcal/kg-ar, 70 kcal/kg-ar, and 70 kcal/kg-ar, respectively. According to Ubaidillah, the ratio of the composition of the coal weight to be blended for the target market brand BA50 is 20,625 MT for MT47 (49.34%) and 21,175 MT for BB53 (50.66%). Meanwhile, according to Carpenter, the composition ratio is 20,517 MT for MT47 (49.08%) and 21,283 MT for BB53 (50.92%).
