DAMPAK PENDAMPINGAN DAN PENGENALAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERHADAP KESIAPAN GURU UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA DI SMPN 1 INDRALAYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to determine the impact of mentoring and the introduction of an Merdeka curriculum on teacher readiness to realize the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 1 Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with documentation data collection techniques, interviews, and observations. The informants in this study were teachers who had participated in mentoring activities and introduction to the Merdeka curriculum by the community service team of the FKIP Unsri PPKn Study Program, totaling 7 people. The results and discussion of this study show that the mentoring and introduction of the independent curriculum at SMPN 1 Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, has a good impact on teachers in understanding the concept of an Merdeka curriculum, teachers feel more ready to implement an independent curriculum and in realizing the profile of Pancasila students after participating in these activities. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that mentoring activities and the introduction of an independent curriculum at SMPN 1 Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, can increase teacher readiness in realizing the profile of Pancasila students.
