The city of Bekasi, as part of the greater Jakarta metropolitan area, has been recognized by the local government for its outstanding efforts in regional economic digitization. Consequently, Bekasi offers significant potential for the development of the creative industry, particularly in the field of digital animation. In this context, the establishment of a Creative Hub has been identified as an effective solution to meet these needs. The Creative Hub will facilitate collaboration, provide facilities, and serve as a training center for animators, enabling them to enhance skills and abilities in creating high-quality animation works. The Creative Hub supports the concept of the three stages of film production: the Planning stage, which includes public facilities such as a food court, exhibition space, and training classes; the Production stage, which encompasses studios and recording booths; and finally, the Post-Production stage, consisting of offices, render farms, and an auditorium. The planning and design of this Creative Hub are expected to become a focal point for the growth of the Creative Industry in Bekasi, particularly in the field of Animation.
