This research is entitled "PT. Cinda Karya Media during the pandemic so that people still choose PT. Cinda Karya Media. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection process was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research are that the company's communication strategy in improving its image has been successful and is good, seen from the assumptions or responses of the public that the image of PT. Cinda Karya Media has improved, both in terms of service and information. Apart from that, PT. Cinda Karya Media has also carried out its duties, if seen from the assumptions and opinions of the public, they say the Company has succeeded in improving the Company's image.
