ANALISIS MORFOTEKTONIK DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LONGSOR DAERAH EREUNPALAY DAN SEKITARNYA, KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA, JAWA BARAT.
Geographically, the research area is located in the Ereunpalay Region, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java. This research aims to obtain data and evaluate the level of tectonic activity on the Cimandiri fault line which is then linked to landform factors obtained from morphometric analysis of the river basin. The method used is a quantitative geomorphological approach. The data used in this research is in the form of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and watershed (DAS) maps. The parameters used in this morphotectonic analysis are Valley Floor (Vf), Mountain Front Sinuosity (Smf), Drainage Density (Dd), Bifurcation Ratio (Rb), and Hypsometric Integral (HI) and Hypsometric Curve. The results of the analysis on the Ci Jalu sub-watershed and the Ci Langla sub-watershed show that the Dd value is in class 1, the Rb value is in class 1 and 2, the HI value is in class 2, the Smf value is in class 1, 2 and 3, and Vf values for class 1 and class 3. Next, the results of the analysis were compared using Index of Active Tectonic (IAT) analysis to interpret the level of tectonic activity at the research location. The IAT values in segments 1 and 4 show class 3, in segments 2 and 5 show class 2, and in segments 3 and 6 show class 1, so it is known that the research area is classified as having moderate to very high tectonic activity.
