Developments in the human life sector have developed rapidly today which will certainly be followed by technological developments that are increasingly developing and will make electricity needs one of the main needs and greatly increase. Currently, power plants still need quite a lot of petroleum as their main fuel to produce electricity which results in being environmentally unfriendly. Renewable energy is a solution to reduce the use of petroleum fuel. One example of renewable energy is sunlight, solar energy is used as fuel for Solar Power Plants. Research has been carried out making a transistor-based solar power plant 2N3055 with 3 variations in the distance of the fresnel lens namely 5 cm, 10 cm, and 20 cm for 14 days of research which has produced the largest output power, namely with an average voltage value of 13.868 V, a current value of 0.000038 A on the 13th day and a power value of 0.0005199 W on a prototype with a lens distance of 5 cm on the 14th day of research It occurs when conditions are sunny on The environment will make the transistor will produce greater voltage and current because the light hitting the transistor is more focused on the transistor. However, at different lens distances cause improper focusing of light or even not hitting existing transistors which results in the conductor not producing electricity optimally or even transistors not producing electricity at all because there is no sunlight hitting the transistor. Therefore, the influence of different fresnel lens distances affects the focusing of light hitting the transistor, which consequently affects the existing power output value.
