VIDEO COMPANY PROFILE SEBAGAI BRANDING COFFEE SHOP
The aim of this research is to find out how a company profile video from a coffee shop can become branding for the coffee shop itself, where in this case the object is Coffee Style. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were 4 people at Coffee Style. The results of this research show that it is true that a video company profile of a coffee shop can be used as branding for the Coffee Style Palembang coffee shop. In this case, a company profile video is created and uploaded on Instagram social media from Coffee Style Palembang which can be 1-3 minutes or even longer. Then, based on the results of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation, the company profile video must contain 3 dimensions, namely the history of the formation, the vision and mission of the coffee shop and the advantages or uniqueness of the coffee shop itself.
