This study aims to find out and prove what are the determinant factors that determine the success of internal communication (studies at the South Sumatera High Court). The independent variables in this study are the determinant factors and the dependent variable, internal communication. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative and explanatory quantitative. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a sample of 77 respondents. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM), which was then processed using SmartPLS software. The result of this study indicate that the determinants of success of internal communication at the High Court of South Sumatera have positive and significant results with a T- statistic value of 5.584 > 1.96 on H1. Furthermore, H2 has a positive and significant effect with a T- statistic value of 2.536 > 1.96. And H3 has a positive and significant effect with a T- statistic value of 1.991 > 1.96.
