PERSEPSI MINAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI WISATAWAN MUSEUM SULTAN MAHMUD BADARUDDIN II SEBAGAI DESTINASI WISATA PENGENALAN SEJARAH DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine the perception of tourists' interest in revisiting the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum as a tourist destination to introduce history in the city of Palembang. This research was also conducted to find out about things related to tourists' perceptions of interest in returning to a cultural destination. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research method of 100 visitors who are willing to become respondents. For data collection, researchers used an accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation studies and observation. Researchers used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of this research show that (1) Product Wisdom has a score of 84%. (2) Price Discretion has a score of 87%. (3) Place/distribution has a score of 86%. (4) Promotion mix worth 85%. And finally (5) Services and facilities have a score of 85%. Of the five dimensions, namely the price policy category, it has a score of 87%, which is categorized as the highest compared to the other dimensions, which means that visitors are interested in returning to the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum because the entrance ticket is relatively affordable for the public.
