This study aims to find out how the PLN Mobile Application Innovation Diffusion Process as a digital service media for the people of Palembang city. In this study using qualitative research methods using descriptive methods and data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. This study uses Everret Rogers' innovation diffusion theory. Based on the results of the analysis of researchers in the field, stated that there are four elements of innovation diffusion by Everret Rogers which include innovation, communication channels, timeframe and social systems. good but the selection of change agents has not been carried out optimally. Keyword: PLN Mobile, Difussion of innovations, PLN S2JB.
