KETERGANTUNGAN PEREMPUAN PELAKU USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) PADA PINJAMAN MODAL MELALUI PROGRAM MEMBINA EKONOMI KELUARGA SEJAHTERA (MEKAAR) (STUDI DI KELURAHAN TIMBANGAN KECAMATAN INDRALAYA UTARA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR)
This thesis is entitled "Dependence of Women Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Capital Loans through Membina Ekonomi Keluarga Sejahtera (Mekaar) in Timbangan Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency". This research problem discusses the background, the loan process, and the form of dependence of women MSME actors on Mekaar capital loans. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the dependence of women MSME actors on Mekaar capital loans in Timbangan Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach and uses data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews with 10 informants, and documentation, then analyzed using dependency theory by Theotonio Dos Santos. The results of this study show that the background or reasons for women MSME actors to make Mekaar capital loans are for business capital needs, without collateral, and the loan process is easy and fast. Then the six processes that must be followed by women MSME actors in Timbangan Village, namely, offers by Mekaar officers, group formation, attending schools, surveys, loan applications, and loan disbursements. There are three forms of dependence on Mekaar capital loans for women MSME actors, including, first, social structural dependence, namely, the difficulty of getting loans from banks. Second, cultural dependence, namely, the influence of family cultural values and the influence of Mekaar institutional values and Mekaar officers.
