PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN SERBUK BAMBU TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK CAMPURAN LASTON WEARING C0URSE (AC-WEARING COURSE) DENGAN METODE MARSHALL
LASTON is a mixture of asphalt with aggregate graded continuosly mixed at a minimum temperature of 115°C , spread and compacted at a minimum temperature of 110°C. Serves as a support traffic. Bamboo powder used as addictive substances affect the characteristics of the asphalt mixture. Testing is done by making the test specimen LASTON AC-WC with 5 bitumen content ranges. For each bitumen content created three test objects, so to get the required 15 KAO specimen. From the test results obtained that the asphalt used to manufacture the test object is hard asphalt (AC PEN 60/70). The values obtained from testing asphalt 63.7 mm penetration, softening point 54°C , flashpoint 291°C , and ductility > 141.5 cm. Based on the test results marshalt test shows that the influence of the use of bamboo powder as addictive substances in LASTON AC-WC give good results on the properties of asphalt mixtures, which meets the specifications set by the highway and quite efficient for values obtained KAO is approaching 6.1% bitumen content plan that planned 5.5%.
