PSHT is one of the pencak silat organizations founded by Ki Hajar Hardjo Oetomo in 1922 in Madiun. The formulation of the problem in this study is; (1). how is the existence of the Terate Loyal Heart Brotherhood (PSHT) in Lempuing District in 2013-2022; (2) how the influence of the Terate Loyal Heart Brotherhood (PSHT) on the community in Lempuing District in 2013-2022. The method used in this research is a historical method with historical research steps such as heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography through the approach of sociology and anthropology. The purpose of writing this research is to determine the existence of the Brotherhood Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) in Lempuing District in 2013-2022 and the influence of the Brotherhood Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) on the community in Lempuing District in 2013-2022. The results of this study show the existence and influence given by PerFraternity Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) to the community in Lempuing District in the social and educational fields that make this organization still survive today.
