In the tin ore processing process that aims to separate the concentrate and tailing, there are valuable minerals that slipped off and wasted through the tailing so that rises the potential for low grade tin ore from the washing remainders (SHP). In optimizing the processing of tin ore, it is necessary to carry out further processing, one of which is by using shaking table technology. Shaking table is a technology used to separate the mineral impurities based on the gravity concentration principle by using water as the separating medium. Processing with shaking table is much affected by variables such as slope of deck, number and length of stroke, number and distance of riffle, washing water rate, feed weight, and time process. This study aims to vary the slope of deck, feed weight, and time process on laboratory scale to obtain the optimal grade and recovery of tin ore. The experimentations on samples from TK 1.818 Pemali, slope of decks determined were 2o, 3o and 4o, feed weight variations are 300 grams, 400 grams and 500 grams and time process variations are 5 minutes, 7 minutes and 10 minutes. After experimenting with those variables combination, the highest grade was obtained at 1.19% at slope of deck variation of 2o, feed weight was 500 grams and time process was 10 minutes. The highest recovery was obtained on 88.95% at slope of deck variation of 3o, feed weight was 500 grams and time process was 10 minutes. It is necessary to optimized the parameters on the performance of shaking table technology on grade and recovery. The optimum grade of Sn and recovery were obtained at slope of deck 3.5o that resulting in grade of 0.84% and recovery of 68.11%. The optimum feed is 0.3 kg and produced in grade of 0.79% and recovery of 51.57%. the optimum time process is 11 minutes, resulting in grade of 0.93% and recovery of 73.04%.
